With HKT focused on Customer Value Management (CVM) Live Nation discussed a solution to create a tailored customer rewards programme for Hong Kong’s largest loyalty and reward membership scheme (‘The Club”) using music to increase revenue and profitability.

- HKT became the title sponsor of Madonna’s Hong Kong tour and “Official Telecommunications Partner of Live Nation Entertainment” in Hong Kong
- Received exclusivity across mobile carrier and telecommunications category
IMPACT
- HKT customers used The Club to purchase over 10,000 music tickets to sold out shows: Madonna and Britney Spears
