Live Nation Asia helped Tencent Video to secure a live stream deal with Charlie Puth, one of the most wanted artists in China. Charlie Puth has great popularity in China and his new album sold many tracks on major streaming music platforms such as QQ Music (owned by Tencent), Xiami Music, Netease Cloud Music, etc. Charlie’s fans are mainly young millennials aged 18-35 who love pop music and fit into Tencent’s target users. Aside from live stream, his fans are also able to get the Video-On-Demand for 90 days after the stream itself.
